NINJA MODE!!!

More BLEMISH!  So there was something bugging me about that post with the spideys…the more I looked at it, the more I noticed that there were something elements that looked a bit…incorrect.  That’s what I get for coloring something that I did 2+ years ago. :/

Graphic Novel on the MOVE!

Hi all!  It has been QUITE a WHILE since I’ve posted anything.  Well, I’ve had some ups and downs dealing with being motivated and being inspired enough to draw as well as finish up roughing out graphic novel that I have started late 2012.  Well, good news…I’m motivated again AAAANNNND I JUST recently finished the roughs for the novel!  SUPER STOKED!  Here are some sketches to get things bubbling and to warm up for the fun stuff.  More to come!

RawArtists En Masse: Paper Thin Hearts

So it has definitely been a while since I have posted ANYTHING.  Well, that's because I have been cooking up some artwork for RawArtists Atlanta's En Masse show that happened Aug 29 2013.  What an amazing experience!  Not only did I meet a ton of talented individuals (there were like 40+ of us) I also was able to get my work out there to the world.  This was also my very first show!  I sold 4 pieces of work and networked with tons of other artist who came to check out the show.  This has definitely boosted my confidence another notch...which means...more art coming from me for sure!

But enough babbling from me, here's what I had for my display entitled, Paper Thin Hearts.

Since blogger doesn't want to play right here's a link to the artwork I had for my display, entitled: Paper Thin Hearts. Enjoy!!!!

Evil/Dark Sean's Stance

video
I wanted to play around with the idea of having a Shotokan fighter battle with his back towards the viewer instead of the standard/traditional stance that all Shotokan fighters have.  Definitely had fun with this and yes, I know there are plenty of weird things going on with this animation too.  It's all rough and just for fun. I'm not going to take this finals or anything...just messing around with stance animation.

I Think I Can...

It has been a while since I’ve posted something.  Well…part of that was due to being in a funk and the other was being just plain tired after working at the studio all day.  I think I’ve gain a little bit of mojo back…and decided to start things off with something a little light.  More to come…animation wise.  GET HYPE!!!  Enjoy.

Oh!  Names!  So these are my Street Fighter character designs.  Starting from left to right:  Sean, Cataract, C. Bison, Viral Wire, Riku, and Mel.

Photograph!!!

This here's a concept piece that I decided to do.  I was listening to Panic Division's Photograph track from Eternalism.  AMAZING song. It's more of a positive song about holding on to the good moments (I believe...could be WAY OFF), but there were a few lines in the first verse that really pushed this image out of my head.  Also the hook's is crazy, which added fuel to the fire.  Anywho, enjoy!

Tigersharks' Mako!!!

Love playing around with this monitor.  Still trying to get the hang of it too.  As another practice, I decided to do some Tigershark fanart!  Mako!  His position and such are off, but I just wanted to play around without getting too technical.

Yiynova Goodness!

So I bought a Yiynova a couple weeks ago and I must say, after it arrived, I unpacked it, set it up, and had a ball with it.  Here's a little something that I kicked out.  I didn't really spend too much time with it.  Just wanted to get a feel about how to move around in photoshop with this monitor.  From the looks of this, I think we're gonna get along just fine.  Oh, and it's name's Alexander!
